The goal of the event is to help employers better understand how to support neurodivergent talent throughout the talent pipeline—from interviewing to long-term retention. The event includes a brief video screening, an employer panel featuring organizations with strong neurodiversity practices, and facilitated table discussions focused on hiring initiatives, onboarding, and retention of neurodivergent talent.
