Benefits Webinar
This webinar is designed for hiring managers, team managers and many employees of businesses of every sized employer who want to better understand how employment impacts Social Security benefits and disability-based health insurance for individuals with disabilities. Participants will gain a clear, practical overview of how cash programs from Social Security, Medicaid, and Medicare interact with wages, and how work incentives can support successful employment outcomes without immediate loss of benefits.
This session can help bridge the gap between employers and the complexities of public benefits. Employers will learn how to confidently hire, onboard, and support employees with disabilities while addressing common concerns about benefits, reporting requirements, and long-term employment success.
